Q: Can I suggest a specific item if I don’t see it in the store?
A: Your feedback is welcome! All item suggestions are reviewed monthly and can be emailed over to our team at niccomarketplace@nicholasandco.com, or you may share your feedback in our brief survey. Requested items are simply requests and cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Q: Will you let me know if/when the item I requested is added? 
A: Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests we receive, we are unable to let each individual customer know if their request was added. Follow along with our weekly newsletter for updates on new and exciting items! You can subscribe on our Nicco Marketplace homepage.

Q: What days can I pick up my order?
A: We are currently offering pick up on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.

Q: What is the cut off time to place an order?
A: Orders for pickup on Tuesday must be placed by 11:59pm on Sunday, orders for pickup on Wednesday must be placed by 11:59pm on Monday, and orders for pickup on Thursday must be placed by 11:59pm on Tuesday.

Q: Why can’t I place an order for my preferred pick up date after the cut-off day?
A: The cut-off day is in place to ensure enough time for our team to prepare your order before your pick-up on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Due to food safety guidelines, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order and you have not yet left the facility, we can correct it.

Q: How is Nicholas and Company staying safe during COVID-19?
A: Customer and team-member safety is of the utmost importance to us. In addition to our extensive safety protocols onsite (https://www.nicholasandco.com/covid-19-resources-and-updates/), we provide contact-free pick-up for all Nicco Marketplace orders. All employees are required to wear masks and adhere to social distancing protocols.

Q: Is Nicco Marketplace for pick-up only?
A: Yes. Orders placed through Nicco Marketplace are for pick-up only. We are currently unable to deliver these orders.

 

Q: How far in advance can I place an order? Is the product reserved for me once my order is placed?

A: Our system only reserves the available product in your order 48 hours out, so while you can place an order 1-2 weeks in advance, we recommend placing your order before the next available pick up to ensure product availability.

Q: What should I do if I can’t pick up my order or if I have questions?
A: Please email us at niccomarketplace@nicholasandco.com or call 801-530-5709 and ask to speak to someone about your Nicco Marketplace order.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Our Nicco Marketplace pick-up is located at our Salt Lake City Warehouse at 5520 West Harold Gatty Drive, Salt Lake City, UT.

Q: How do I get to your warehouse?
A: You can navigate to our warehouse address using the following map link. Our warehouse address is: 5520 Harold Gatty Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84116

Or follow the directions below: 
  1. Take I-80 towards the SLC International Airport
  2. Take exit 113 and turn North onto 5600 West
  3. Stay in the right lane and drive North on 5600 West for about one mile
  4. Go through the light on Harold Gatty* and take the next right to enter the Will Call parking lot
  5. Park in any of the numbered stalls in the L-shaped lot on the West side of the building and follow the directions posted outside (only team members are allowed in the building currently)
*If you are using GPS it will instruct you to turn right onto Harold Gatty Drive-don’t. That will take you to the main entrance and you’ll be instructed to drive around to Will Call.
